What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 pm to 7 pm; please let us know your arrival time in advance. Check-out is before 10 am.
What is the minimum stay? How far ahead should I book?
Two nights minimum. Requests must be made at least two days before arrival, through the website form or by phone; we confirm availability within 48 hours.
How many people can the bungalow accommodate?
The Maul bungalow (40 m²) has a bedroom with a large double bed for two; a sofa bed welcomes one extra person or two children. A travel cot is available on request.
Are parking and Wi-Fi included?
Yes: free private parking on site and free Wi-Fi in the bungalow. The equipped kitchen, washing machine, barbecue, sheets and towels are included too.
Are pets allowed? Is smoking allowed?
Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is non-smoking; smoking is only possible outdoors, in the areas indicated by the owner.
Is there a tourist tax?
Yes: a tourist tax of €2.30 per night and per person is added to the rental price.
How far are the shops, the beach and Cilaos?
The village of Entre-Deux (grocery, post office, restaurants, vegetable sellers) is 3 km away, a five-minute drive; the entrance of the Cilaos cirque is under ten minutes away; Saint-Pierre about ten minutes and Étang-Salé beach fifteen; Pierrefonds airport about ten minutes. The bungalow is in a rural area: a car is recommended.
Is the bungalow accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes: single-storey accommodation with a private entrance and a walk-in shower. Tell us your needs when you enquire and we will answer precisely.
Can we hold a family gathering?
Parties are not allowed. A family gathering is possible on request, without extra overnight guests.
How do I book and pay?
Send your dates through the booking form: André and Marie reply within 48 hours, confirm availability and agree the payment terms with you. No payment is taken on this website.
