Personal data protection

The booking form collects the following data: stay dates, number of guests, last name, first name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and message (optional).

Data controller: André and Marie Jonard, owners of the accommodation. Purpose: to process your booking request and reply to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR article 6.1.b).

Recipients: the owners. Data is sent by e-mail through the domain’s mail service, hosted by OVH in France (processor). It is never sold or shared.

Retention: request e-mails are kept for at most 12 months after the requested stay, then deleted. The website server keeps no copy of the requests.

Your rights: you may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data. Write to contact@bambous-bungalows.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Security: the form is protected against automated submissions (trap field, signed token, rate limiting). An anonymised fingerprint of your IP address is kept for at most one hour for this sole purpose.

Cookies and trackers

This site uses no cookies and no audience measurement tool.

Links to Facebook, Booking.com, OpenStreetMap and Google Maps open third-party sites governed by their own policies.
